An exterior bid needs more than a color choice. Flag peeling paint, worn finishes, damaged material and difficult access. Discuss cleaning, scraping, sanding, caulking, priming and repair needs with Bryan before work is agreed. Confirm protection for windows, doors, landscaping and nearby surfaces. The written scope should identify the preparation and repairs included for your home.

The instant estimator uses your square footage and tone count. These are Uncle B Painting’s base planning rates, not a Utah market average or a final job bid.

Use the approximate exterior area to be painted as a starting point, and explain how you measured it. A home’s floor square footage is not the same as exterior paintable area. Doors, windows, different materials, access and existing condition need an on-site review before an exact quote.
Height is collected for Bryan’s information and does not change the online calculation. Ceilings above 8 feet require a custom on-site quote. The final price will change based on ceiling height; the base estimate excludes that adjustment. For an exterior project, include wall or eave height and access details for review.

Uncle B Painting offers partial and custom repaints as well as full exterior painting. Describe the siding, elevations, trim and doors you want included so Bryan can review them.
When can exterior painting be scheduled?
Share your preferred timing when you inquire. Exterior scheduling depends on the project, preparation and suitable weather for the selected paint. Bryan confirms availability and timing with you.
Is the instant exterior price the final bid?
No. The online estimate multiplies the entered area by the selected tone rate. It does not assess surface condition, preparation, access or height adjustments. Bryan reviews the property before giving an exact quote.
Can I see a color on a house before choosing?
Yes. Choose your color has a sample exterior photo you can recolor. It is a concept preview, not a completed Uncle B project or a guarantee of the finished color. Check a physical sample on your own home before deciding.
